Hibir Disability Saving Account (HDSA) is designed to provide special service to disabilities, like person impaired with eyesight, mobility and hearing.
Primary Features
- HDSA account holders shall be served with honor on arrival/ avoiding any queuing-up.
- By saving a minimum for a year, the account holders will be eligible to take loans as per the Bank’s Credit Policy.
- Special ATMs customized with audio jacks and appropriate braille labels suiting for visually impaired individuals are ready.
- Access ramps that enable ease of movement of wheelchairs fitting the ATM for use is set in place for mobility and physically impaired persons.
- Smooth provision of service for hearing impairment.
- The special service delivery might be extended up to door to door services.
Eligibility
- Initial saving deposit shall be a minimum of Birr 50.00,
- Renewed ID card,
- Two recent photographs should be presented.
